Mystery Agent Curly

Hello.

My pseudonym is Agent Curly and I am an Alpaca cavy. Alpacas are curly haired Peruvians and come in many colours. Our hair should fall forward over our faces but Slave trims mine so that I can see out. My coat would be much longer but it is cut short to prevent tangles.

Our Slave saw an ad in the local petshop saying "Guinea Pigs free to a good home". She did not waste any time in phoning the number on the ad and my friend and I both came here to live with many other piggies. You have met my friend, Agent Wizard, in another Piggy Snap.

Our previous owner could not manage our long coats, which were dirty and matted with hay when we arrived. She thought that we were not cuddly enough for her children and that piggies may not have been a good choice of pet for them. We both love a cuddle!

Slave named me after a favourite character from a series of books called "Little Grey Rabbit" that she loved as a child. She calls all fluffy piggies by the nickname of -------- but decided to use this as my real name. This character is actually a hedgehog but the name suits fluffy pigs. I can't think of another clue but you should be able to find my name via Google.

Are there any other Alpacas out there? I'd love you to join me in playing Piggy Snap.

Agent Mole is nearly 2 1/2 years young, weighs 1200g and has long flowing lilac/grey locks, she has blue eyes (cause of the cataracts, they used to be deep black) and black finger and toe nails.

Her special likes are red capsicum, snow peas, cucumber and green beans........as a very very special treat she gets a tiny bit of corn and carrot on her birthday.

She is a loving piggie, never annoys her sister and is such a darling, loves to have chinnie rubs and doesn't mind a few head strokes either.
Loves to lounge around in her sisters special cuddle cup. She has a VERY loud voice and let's her slave know when she's hungry or not impressed during bathing or manicure time! She is excellent at slurping out of syringes!!

Mystery Agent Mole gets her secret agent name from the main character in a novel by Sue Townsend she has chosen this name because like Sue Townsend she has developed diabetes and is now blind.

Her real name is a soft material that has had 2 songs written about it in blue and in black.

I am a Piggyfriend and I came here with my best friend Fuzzypeg, when our previous owner decided that she did not want us anymore as we were not cuddly enough for her children.

We were both horribly dirty and matted when we arrived and needed haircuts and baths but now we are very happy piggies. We both like to eat almost anything except broccoli. I am still a bit shy and like to stay close to my friend but we both love a cuddle.

Slave tells me that you are looking for Peruvians for a Piggy Snap.

I am a pure bred Peruvian, my father being a champion show pig, but I was unwanted by my owner as I have a slight head tilt and a black patch around my right eye. She wanted a pure white piggy so I came here to be a Piggyfriend, where I am loved instead of being placed on a board for a show.

A Peruvian's coat parts down the centre and should be brushed straight forward over the eyes but Slave trims my fringe so that I can see out. For showing, I would have had my coat spread out all around me but Slave cuts it to floor length so I can run around and play with my friends.

In these pigtures you can see me from either side so you choose which one to use. Clue. When you can only see white that is my left side. There is also one of me with my fringe cut. Slave isn't much use with a camera but I really do have ruby eyes.

I have chosen the Agent name of Mystery as you cannot tell which end of me is which.

Agent Mystery's real name is spelt the same backwards and forwards is that over the top? He also shares the first name of a man refered to as "the most dangerous man in Europe"

Hello, I am Agent Campfire, a white and red long-haired Peruvian boar. My favorite food ever is carrots! I love carrots, and will often continue wheeking loudly at my slaves if they do not give me my favorite snack. But I also like to eat grass, corn husks, carrot tops, celery leaves and timothy pellets. My slaves always think its funny because I enjoy napping with my face in my pellet bowl. When I’m not napping with my pellets, I like spending time with my best friend Agent Java. Even though whee can’t be in the same cage because she’s a sow, I nap next to the divider so whee can be closer to each other. My secret agent name is Campfire because my real name is a snack humans traditionally make over a campfire – can you guess it?

Mystery Agent Peruke In His Sofa

Agent Peruke is thrilled to be invited to be a secret agent! His favorite food is parsley, favorite toy is a piece of cardboard made into an A-frame that he can rest under, he chose the code name is Agent Peruke, since his texel hair looks like a wild wig! In fact, he believes that one of his strengths as a secret agent will be that he is able to hide many things (such as hay!) in his hair. His eyes really are pink its not just poor human camera skills.

Agent Perukes real name is the same as Tom Cruises character in mission impossible, he lives in America with his big brother who is also an agent piggy.

Mystery Agent Storm

I have chosen the Agent name of Storm because I was taken to the rescue, where Slave's son works, during a blizzard three years ago. My coat was completely matted and he had to take the electric hair clippers to the mess. You can see the result in this pigture. The matted pile of hair and hay that he removed is on the left. After I was tidied up I came home with him and live here with many other piggies.



I am a Texel and when my coat grows it curls into ringlets just like Agent I. Slave keeps my coat short so that I never get into this state again. Slave does not have a pigture of my fully grown coat and it will be quite a while before I look like a proper Texel again so here is a pigture of me with my best friend, Roscoe, in the garden. Here my coat has started to grow after a haircut but has not yet started to curl.



My favourite food is grass and I love the tasty leaves that Slave picks for us. In the pigture we have chickweed and dandelions. Yummy!

My real name is somethng that you always take with you when you go out in the sun.

Greetings Agent Ghost and Agent Acorn! I would like to become Agent Beaver. The rescue where I lived before joining the Collective said that I am a Satin Cinnamon Agouti, but I think that I look a lot like Agent Acorn. I also think that she is very cute!

I've had a rough few weeks. I got a brand new chew log and devoured it in a week. I must have eaten too much because I became very ill. The primates who live with me talk about fluid in my chest, lymphoma, and all sorts of other things I don't understand. All I know is that they took me to a place that they call the spa. I stayed there two days next to a cat and on top of a bird who said a lot of random words and made no more sense than the primates.

They gave me some nebulizer treatments and some sort of gas called isoflurone and when I woke up, I could breath again. I woke up the next morning, and still couldn't breath, so they gave me more isoflurone and when I woke up I could breath again. I've been back to the spa a couple more times and all they do is put me in a box and take my picture with a really big camera. It's not a very good camera. All the pigtures are boring. They're in black and white and you can't even see my fur or pretty eyes. The primates and all the nice people at the spa were all very excited with the last pigture because they said that all the fluid was gone. I'm glad to hear that. The last two times they saw the fluid, they shaved my sides. I have very nice fur, I don't like to have my sides shaved. I think it looks very silly. I can't wait for it to grow back.

I have to drink nasty medicines twice a day now. I hope that won't last long. I really don't like them at all. But, I do feel better.

My secret agent powers are devouring logs at rapid speed and jumping on top of things. I'm not quite up to jumping on top of things yet, but if they were to put me next to the girls' pen, I bet I could jump over the wall to get to them. Unfortunately, the primates don't give me that chance.




I'm named after the male primate's favorite peanut butter cup. My tummy is golden red and my fur is chocolate brown with golden red tips. My little ears have been chewed up, so they even have the little ridges like a peanut butter cup. I'm a happy little guy and I love to meet new people. I hope you will let me be a Secret Agent.

Mystery Agents Yum Yum and Bouquet......




First of all is Agent Yum Yum.I have chosen this pseudonym as my real name is that of something that piggies love to eat.

I came to live here when my previous owner called our Slave to ask if she could give me a home as I was fighting with her piggies.
As you can see from below pigture, I love my fellow piggies and never, ever fight.

I happily munch away at all the food that Slave provides but a pile of fresh grass is probably the very best.




In this pigture I am with Agent Big Red ( you can guess which one he is ), Agent Flower ( the cream and white girl ) and the other new mystery agent, on the right who is...............







Agent Bouquet. I have a lighter red coat than Agent Yum Yum. I came here with Agent Flower as part of a big rescue by the RSPCA. We were in a very poor condition when we were rescued, with hardly any coat left but with a lot of care by our Rodentologists and Slave, we are now plump, healthy piggies. Agent Flower and I both have a small damaged patch on our backs where our coats will never completely regrow.

Like Agent Yum Yum, I eat everything but have to agree that nothing compares with freshly cut grass. Thank you Slave for going out in the bad weather to ensure that we have our grass every day, except when it is covered with snow.


Agent Yum Yums real name is a yummy food stuff that grows in the garden and that humans consider weeds despite the pretty yellow flower head which is very tasty.

Agent Bouquets real name is a kind of flower originally from South America whose name is French for tobacco.

The Saint weighs in at 1315 grams. He is a pig that really doesn't liked to be taken out of his cage. He will come out only when he wants to come out! He came to live here with the misfits on March 12, 2008. His fave food is carrots. His favorite toy of course is his "special" friend. He has always been a mommas boy. As he refuses anyone to take him out of his cage except his momma.

The Saints real name is the same as a saint who is famous for being bought to life by Jesus 4 days after he had died and been buried.


Agent Bette

Agent Bette weighs in at 1196 grams. She came to live with the misfits with her cage mate Annibelle on May 20, 2008. We were told they were born in 06. She loves to eat her hay most of all. She will sit by her hay holder and wait till its filled if it even gets halfway empty. She loves to play "turtle" with her plastic hut. She is a sweet girl with very large eyes!

Her agent name comes from a line in a song 'shes got Bette Davis eyes' very appropriate for a big eyed piggy!!

Her real name is hebrew in origin meaning joy of the father.

Hello everyone! I hope I'm in time for the red and white piggy snap. I've only just arrived at my new home, but I've been briefed about what you have to do to become an Undercover Secret Agent. It looks exciting. Nobody knows my likes and dislikes yet, but the clue to my real name is that I would like to be Agent Potato. I am looking forward to being an Agent. There was nothing like this in my previous homes.

Agent Daddy's girl was given to her female slave by her mom's boyfriend, a day after the slaves only piggy died. She was a very happy and vocal pig, who totally looooved her daddy slave! She decided not long after meeting him (slaves were only dating back then), that she would be his pig. She was a rex piggy with healthy appetite.


Her real name is a short one and it's not an english name...
its the diminuitive of a lottery ticket in Dutch..... the nearest translation in English would be a shortened version of the name Charlotte.

I’m Agent Acorn, the fastest pig in the West. I am a golden agouti with red patches on my neck and tummy. In my collective, I’m the most athletic – even though they are fast, I can still run circles around them all! My favorite activities are running laps, popcorning, and jumping up onto ledges of various heights. I also love to eat, especially timothy pellets. Sometimes I eat so much, the other piggies complain that they don’t get enough! My agent name is Acorn because my owners think I look like an animal that likes to eat acorns.

Mystery Agent Java

I am Agent Java, a tricolored Abyssinian with patches of white, red, and golden agouti fur. My favorite foods include green bean, watermelon, grapes, dried corn husks, and carrot tops. I particularly love alfalfa hay and beet leaves (along with other pig foods that I am not allowed to eat very often because my slaves/”owners” are very strict with my diet)! My favorite pastimes include enjoying grass under the warm California sun, snoozing in my cuddle cup, using other piggies as my personal pillows, and finding ways to outsmart my slaves. This is because I am nearing six years old, and am very smart and mischievous. See example below, when I startled them by stealing a slice of delicious watermelon off their fork!

I am Agent Magician, the newest addition to the Californian Collective. I am also a tricolored Abyssinian who has patches of white, cream, and lemon agouti. My absolute favorite foods ever are dandelion greens and corn husks. In my spare time, I love to munch on grass outdoors and jump in tubs of fresh hay. I also enjoy getting my chin petted. My agent name is Magician because it is a clue to my real name and because I like to disappear in my cage (by hiding underneath the layers of fleece, but shh don’t tell anyone).

Mystery Agents Addytude and Tiny

Addytude's favorite food is any food that her cage mate Amanda has first! LOL her favorite toy in the double hut in their cage as she likes to drive it around the cage. she weighs in at 1064 grams. She is a sweet heart and has a tude!! so her nick name we call her is Addytude!!

Tny's favorite food is carrot. His favorite passtime is taking the hay out of his bin and making a lovely bed out of it. He was the smallest pig when he first arrived here. I gave him the nick name "Tiny". He now weighs in at a hefty 1500 grams!! He is a very very gentle pig.

Addytude and Tiny are part of a mixed herd living in Illinois, Addytude's real name starts with an A and the first part sounds very similar to Addy the name is English in origin and means noble.

Tiny's real name is the same as the first part of a type of quilt made from little squares, you may remember I mixed him up with another agent a while ago ooooops.

Piggie snap: call for more pigtures!

Hi all,

As you probably know we have done some piggy snaps before, and would love to share more piggie colours and types with you.
So far we have done:
Black and white boys
Black and white girls
Tort and white tricolour piggies
Lemon agouti piggies
Silver agouti piggies and
Blond and white piggies...

We are looking for more colours,for example:
red-brownish and white (for the people who remember Lotje, that rusty red colour!)
tricolours (white, brown and black or white, ginger and chocolate, or any other mix of 3 colours)
Maybe even piggies that have four colours?
Also piggies in one (smooth) gorgeous colour known as self colours, like black, white, brown, buff, cream, chocolate and so on...

We'd also like different hair types, for example:
sheltie, coronet, rexes, US teddies, Texels, alpaca, abbysinian
and any other special types of hair... Maybe satin, or no hair skinny or baldwin?

Maybe other types of guinea pigs would be nice too, like baby piggies, or LAPS or SCAMPS piggies?

I was rescued with three other piggies, one of whom is already an agent. She chose the name Firenze for her secret name so I have decided to pick the name Agent Venezia. There is a reason for this and will leave it to you to figure it out.

My favourite food is fresh grass too. I think that most of the piggies that live here would pick that as their favourite. I eat everything that is on offer but am particularly partial to cucumbers. When we first came here, we did not know about veggies and it took us a while to realise that they are edible and tasty but we saw all the other piggies munching away and decided to join in.

My hobby is running through pipes and I also anjoy tearing up cardboard boxes.

Agent Venezia's real name is the same as the heroine in Shakespeares the Merchant of Venice, get guessing ............

She had her ears chewed off and she was so tiny and small like a mouse... We didnt know it at the time when we brought her home but she was pg as well. She is the mom of Agent Chaplin!
Her favorite food is broccoli.
She really doesn't have a favorite toy or item she likes to play with.

I am going to pick the Agent name “Rudder Rump” because I have a tuft of fur on my big bottom. I live with Agent Butterloaf and Agent Cannonball.

I love green pepper, it is my favorite snack.

My specialty in human watching is moving pigloos around so they can’t see me. Most of the time I put the pigloos in a corner next to Agent Butterloaf, but sometimes I move one over the foodbowl.

Agent Cannonball is like my little brother. One time Agent Cannonball poked me in the bottom and ran away, so I had to get him back. I saw him eating in the hay pile so I got in my pigloo, starting driving and tried to get him. He moved before I got him, so once I hit the wall I ran out, saw where he was, turned the pigloo around, and started going for him. This time I bopped him in the bottom with the pigloo! That showed him.

This is me with my little sister Snuggles (I'm on the right) we are both Tricolour or Tort and White piggies. Plz to note I am not named for the hoomin singer but after the queen of Carthage-I'm a regal peeg. Home is my pod in my Aunty Loosy's house, Snuggs lives next door with her hoomin. I enjoy long cuddles, using Twitter to talk to other peegz around the world, floortime (especially for chewing on Aunty Loosy's shoes) and being told how lovely I am.
