First thing every morning our Slave gives each Piggyfriend a chunk of carrot to eat while she makes her coffee and they all rush off to eat it up. All except me, Agent Minty, as I don't like carrots. So I have to remind Slave that I want something else.
So first I have to look as though I am starving and then I chew the bars to attract her attention and then I get a chunk of something more palatable.

Don't worry. As soon as she had taken my pigture, Slave gave me a chunk of celery. Yum Yum!

ReplyDeleteBar chewing is an excellent way to get slaves attention. Whee do it all the time, it never fails to make a human or two rush over to pet and coo over us, then give us a veggie treat.
My girlz and boar usually don't have bars to chew on, as they have a cage made of hobbyglass. They had them when at my sister (see previous post). When we first picked up little Daisy, she already started chewing the bars of the travel cage, apparently, a year later, she still knows how to do this...

ReplyDeleteAwww you have the cutest little piggie face ever! Our piggies Annie and Abby do not care for carrots either! And we misfits all know how to bar chew really loud in the morning for our veggie plates and then again for our nite treat at 9pm!
