Happy Easter from the Piggyfriends.

"Why am I out of my pen again?" asks Heidi Piggyfriend. " My friends are on the other side of this wire."

"It is time to take some more pigtures." replies Slave.

"Me again?" asks Heidi." There are lots of other piggies from whom to choose."

"Yes." says Slave. " That is because you are such a good piggy and will not destroy the scenery like some piggies we know. Turn around and we will wish our readers a Happy Easter."

Heidi turns around and can see that the little chocolate eggs make up her initial. ( Yes, readers, I know that is difficult to tell one end of Heidi from the other. I just watch her to see which end the veggies go in.)

"Now for a close up please Heidi," says Slave, " then you can have some lettuce."

Heidi loves lettuce especially when she doesn't have to share it with her greedy little friends, Hattie and Honeysuckle.

"Yum, yum, munch, munch"

Happy Easter everyone from all of us at Piggyfriends. xxx

Heidi, it is so nice of you to pose again, and you did an excellent job! How sweet of your mum to spell out your initial with the chocolates and then to serve you lettuce for wishing everyone a Happy Easter. We hope you, your mum, and all of the Piggyfriends had a wonderful day!

  2. What an absolutely adorable piggy, Penny!!! I had a tan and white abby when I was in college (I think those were her colors?! It was 46 years ago!). She looked and was wild and crazy, like a little mop scurrying across the floor. I named her Wiglet! :)

We lost our Buddy Boston Terrier on October 13, 2024, just two days shy of his 12th birthday. He was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor on January 6, 2024, and outlived his diagnosis of 4-5 months, making it to 9 months post-diagnosis. In the end, I think the meds were what took him. Though the prednisone kept the inflammation down on his brain, it did a number on his liver? kidneys? maybe both. I forget now. Anyways, I miss Buddy every day! After making progress in some much-needed home improvements, I look forward to getting another dog. My heart is set on another BT, but my husband is more open. I am keeping my eye on the rescues.

I hope you, your family, and your piggies are well!

    Love, Ann
