Halloween on the Frosty Prairies

Charlotte and Emily were so excited to go trick or treating around the neighbourhood that they would not sit still for me to take pigtures until this morning.  Charlotte got the coveted dragon costume this year while Emily was a bumblebee.  They looked so cute!

There is snow on the ground already here so I had to carry them in my pockets from house to house, but they had a wonderful time (though not all of the houses were prepared with veggies and I had to slip some carrots and cilantro to a few folks who were startled to see guinea pigs out doing the rounds).

A fun time was had by all!

  1. Pat and the Prairie Pigs, what an adorable photo! Charlotte and Emily look so cute in their costumes, and how nice to see them enjoying some of the goodies they received as they trick-or-treated. Please stay warm in the snow -- it must have decided to make the ground look ghostly for the big day! From your friends Scottie and Coke, and Cindy

  2. We DO look cute, don't we? You sound like very nice boars! The Prairie Pig boars tend to be a little obstreperous and rattle the bars to get our attention; we would like to meet some well-behaved gentlemanly boars like you, Scottie and Coke!
